Education: Master of Arts (Theater, Film and Televison Sciences as well as English and American Studies at the Ruhr University Bochum/Germany)

Grown up in the Palatinate and the Black Forest, Kai Krick studied at the University of Bochum, in which city he is a resident for 20 years now. He worked as a lecturer, journalist, musician and traded with movie memorabilia. At the moment he is an author and - as the principal of the Institute for Psychotronics - organizes a film festival.

Besides all this, he worked on various projects where he was responsible for researches, screenplay, camera, sound, direction and production for video clips, short films, documentaries and movies.

Currently, he is working on four own projects: two short films, one movie and a documentary on marine-monsters… “Big Blue, we’ll get you!”

Together with Jörg Alberts, Roland Heep, Christian Frank, Claudia Kern, Josef Rother, Sascha Westphal and Lorenzo Zucchetti, Kai Krick has released following books (German):
