Fan Art is art (usually in digital form but in the traditional forms of art as well) dealing with characters of motif from a fandom.This can include (but is not limited to) cosplay, drawings, paintings, collages, edited music videos, songs, self-made films and so on.

A fandom describes a group of people who share a common interest in something, like in "The X-Files". Another term used by the marketing industry is fan-base.

FAQ or F.A.Q. is an abbreveation for "Frequently Asked Questions" and a collection of those questions and their answers. Our English FAQ can be found here.

X-Phile is the correct term for a fan of "The X-Files".
It's actually a 3 threefold wordplay:
- it sound phonetically like the show's title
- it's based on the Greek word philos which means "love of"
- the ph is a reference to Internet origin of the fan groups

Acronym for X-Files 3, a possible third movie in the X-Files movie franchise.
